About me
I loved baking from the age of 13 years old , everything I knew I learnt from doing my research online. Never wanting to settle at the point I was at , I wanted to take this hobby into a new career. Being brave I left my family in the Beautiful Island Barbados to fulfill my dream, and ventured to Canada. I enrolled in the School of Hospitality at Centennial College where I completed the Baking & Pastry Arts Management Diploma.
